Abstract
The technology of vegetable semi-finished product as a filler for minced fish products is developed. Its nutritional and biological value is analyzed. The ability to rec-ommend designed products for nutrition of elderly people is stated. A new technology of semi-finished product with a high content of nutrients that are recommended in the diet of elderly people is proposed
