Abstract
The article discloses the peculiarities of the early diagnosis in the system of banking supervision. The general monitoring of the banking system state has been made in order to identify all destabilizing factors and risks in the banks activities which may affect the emergence of problems in banks. The basic state regulator corrective measures aimed at overcoming the problems in the banks institutions have been defined. The directions to develop better instruments of the early diagnosis of problems in banks activities have been proposed
