Abstract
The importance and role of elements of the innovation infrastructure to procuring the competitiveness of the countries in the geo-economic and geopolitical dimensions under globalization conditions is proved. It is determined that the key element of the innovation infrastructure is business incubator. The essence and forms of business incubators in Ukraine and the world are investigated.
