Abstract
The article analyzes the current state of the Ukraine innovative infrastructure. The key features of development of its basic elements are determined: industrial-technological, expert-consulting, investment-financial, personnel, information and marketing. A mechanism for improving the innovation infrastructure management of the state through delegating the authority of the Center for the Coordination of Innovative Development model is proposed. The main stages of the formation of the national innovation system are presented. The efficiency of the developed model is substantiated
